We stayed as a group on business due to the central location, and were all very satisfied with the hotel. In particular how friendly, polite and helpful the staff were. I found my room very clean and in good repair, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. There was a good selection of biscuits and drinks, and plenty of storage options.

Great short stay in a conveniently located and efficiently run hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation very comfortable. We have a dog and was made very welcome. Highly recommended and will be staying here again.

Hotel in an excellent position for car parking and for all the attractions near the pedestrian area. Friendly reception staff. Spacious family room with a nice big bathroom and well cleaned. Full English breakfast in the connected cafe. We had a very good time and would definitely go back.

Room 211- June 2023 - 16/02/2024

Myself and my partner were kicked out of her parents house and made homeless very quickly. This hotel was a saviour. We also had a cat. Your staff were so lovely. They really made us feel welcome, the room was amazing. For the first time in 2 nights we felt welcome and comfortable. From room 211 and our cat Betty. Thank you so much for the stay. We will definitely be back for a visit.
